Yes — we carry £10 million public liability cover and we’re DBS checked. Certificate available on request. We pick the gentlest method that will work for the surface: pure water for glass, vacuum for gutters, soft wash for slate, steam for concrete tile. The right method protects the surface and lasts longer.

Window cleaning runs as a regular 4-weekly or 8-weekly round — set up on direct debit so the round just happens. Gutter cleaning and roof cleaning are typically one-off jobs (gutters often refresh once a year). No contracts, you can stop the round any time.

Direct debit for the regular window round — clean, simple, and you don’t have to think about it. Bank transfer for one-off gutter and roof work. Invoice arrives by email the day we finish.

Windows roughly every 4–8 weeks to stay properly clean. Gutters once a year as a minimum, twice if you’re under big trees. Roofs vary — a soft wash and biocide treatment will typically keep moss off for 3–5 years.

You don’t need to be home for the work itself — we just need access to outside taps for windows or gutters. We send a recap when we’re done so you know it’s sorted.

For Welsh slate we use soft wash and biocide — the gentle method that kills the moss at the root and protects the tile. For concrete tile with heavy moss we use low-pressure steam. Right method, every surface.
